Sears sells something called an "O-Ratchet" which is great for tightening the
lock nut on the outboard side of transaxle rear brake calipers.  It is a
special ratchet and socket set that is open in the middle, allowing you to
pass a hex key through it, while turning the ratchet.  It's also useful for
nuts that are on long bolts or studs, as the stud will pass through the
ratchet.  Pretty neat tool, and not very expensive.
