OBDII comments

Ok, ok- so its a little short on alfa content- check out a later post about
porting a SPICA manifold...  

Anyway, Dave J. is annoyed by the fact that OBDII prevents any modifications
to work.  Well, unfortunatly, that is one of the primary points of OBDII.
Many of the aftermarket modifications are not noticiable under inspection, nor
from a simple idle/2500 rpm emissions check, but they do degrade emissions
a measureable amount...

The group that it helps the most are the aftermarket houses who are REALLY 
close to the OEM- can change the calibration of the computer to match the
change in hardware, and its ALL leagal.
