New car

Hello all! I started the expansion of my AlfaHarem today and purchased an
'83 GTV6. Beautiful car. Got it for a song from an RX-7 specialist who took
it as a trade in.  The thing will idle if the fuel pump is jumped, but
won't rev highter than 1500rpm or so. I'm guessing its the fuel pump relay.
AFM was disassembled, but seems OK. Also, the car seems like it might have
a clogged cat, anyone know of some kind of a universal replacement? It had
the infamous blue interior, thought I might try dying it black, or at least
the carpet. Now I just have to convince myself that I really need an
Alfetta AND a GTV6 ;)

Can some helpful reader tell me where the fuel pump relay is located and
how I should test it? I only have the owner's manual for the car and it is
rather limited.
