Hi Mark.

Although I'm not mike, but would answer your question if you don't 
mind.
The Q derivates from Quadrifoglio what is actually from Italian and 
means Cloverleaf. Alfa marks it's special models with cloverleafs 
since a long time (somewhere in fourties if I'm right).
Usually green cloverleaf (Quadrifoglio Verde) marks the sport 
versions, Gold Cloverleaf (Quadrifoglio Oro) marks the luxury models 
and Silver cloverleaf (Quadrifoglio Argento) what is a mid trim level 
between normal and luxury.
Q4 means Quadrifoglio Verde 4 (or Quattro if the marque with four 
rings would not use the name already, so let's stay at Integrale 
instead) or something around, so all wheel driven sport version.
