It may not be what you want, but there's a a downloadable GTA
Jr style serpent of substantial size on the i Saluti website at:

   www.geocities.com/MotorCity/Downs/3837/gtv2gta.html

You can download it, print it out as a "tiled" image
on paper, and use it as a pattern to cut a large serpent
out of magnetic "sign" vinyl or "standard" vinyl. Be careful
using it at high speed though, it can come off if not
firmly attached.
