Okay, last weekend I purchased a 1974 Spider in Texas.  The owner had
emailed me photos, we had agreed on a very low price, and I drove down to
buy it.  I was somewhat disappointed in the poor condition of the interior
(something he had glossed over, but I foolishly didn't ask many questions
either.)  I went ahead and bought it, then towed it home.

It starts, but it will be a long-term restoration.
