GTV6 engine upgrade options?

Ok I know this has been discused before, but i
would like to get some updated opinions

Ok so I (like many) have an original 2.5L GTV6, and 
i am curious about the possible upgrade options. 
I figure 225-230hp and 210lbft would update the 
car to the 90's (yeah i know 2000 is just around 
the corner, but lets not be too ambitious) 

So i am interested in what options are available at 
what cost, please feel free to correct any numbers 
or figures presented 

first current "alfa" engines (and aprox minimum cost 
to replace ?) 

GTV6 	2.5L 	160HP 157lbft us$500 
Milano 	3.0L 	188HP 175lbft us$1500 
164 	3.0L12V 189HP 185lbft us$?? 
164'S' 	3.0L12V 200HP 189lbft us$?? 
164Q 	3.0L24V 229HP 196lbft us$?? 

Other options include 

Milano 3.0L to 3.3L upgrade (200HP?) and $1500 
+ engine 

options to provide 250+ HP 

NOS (probably +50hp max without frying things) 
Supercharging (mechanical or electrical) 
Turbo charging (presumable twin, anybody know 
where to get calloway parts from?) 

any other offers? 

So onto the questions 

which gives best solution (drivability 
reliability and cost effectiveness) 

How many people have done which upgrades 
and what do you think 

anybody out there got a GTV6 with too much 
power for the car and chassis?
