Dreaded Click of Death

Can ANYONE PLEASE get me the contact information for the fellow in
Britain? I too have heard the click of death and currently have the
stepper motor disconnected. I haven't replaced it yet because I
haven't had a spare $300 lying around to order a new stepper motor. (I
do have the ARDONA video and tech bulletin, though.) I would be very
grateful for the opportunity to replace the gears rather than change
out the whole unit.
