And with wildly different marketing strategies, too. GM/Chevrolet actually
advertised the Camero as having the only cupholder that could hold a 32oz
Slurpiee. I think the Madison Ave people did a fine job of targeting their
market segment with that ad. [For the non-USA folks, the Slurpiee is a soft
drink that is at the other end of the sophistication scale from "Shaken, not
stirred."]
And we're NOT "all car guys" -- weren't you paying attention during the recent
"men vs. women" thread? Oh no, I hope we don't have to revisit that one for a
few more months! :-)
Because I have an Italian car, I can be snotty and spoiled.
