Repositioning Milano Signal lights

I will need to reposition my front signal lights up to the side marker
lights (next to the headlights.)  While I was in europe I noticed that there
were some 75's with the front signal lights located there.  Any idea where
to get the light socket which fits in the stock location on the side marker
lights?  Ideas are appreciated.

Also any words of wisdom on how to remove a front bumper??
