Milano warning light anomaly

This isn't really a very serious problem (I think) but when I start up
my car when it's really cold (okay.. so not REALLY cold.. I live in
California... 50 Degrees F) and if there is something triggering one of
the lights on the Alfa Romeo Control (like a door open... parking brake
on) All the lights flash in a cycle.. all of them. It's kind of weird.
Just wondering if any body had any ideas.
