Is the water collecting in the spare tire well?  You would be well advised to
check the antenna drain hose.  In my  car, I found it just hanging open,
draining into the spare tire well.  OEM.  There is no provision for an
external drain.  It lies under the carpeting that lines the side of the trunk.
Just look for the bottom of the antenna mast.
