Twinspark timing variator Q

While re-reading the manual today I noticed that it suggests blowing
compresed air into the main oil duct. I assume that this is fed via a
camshaft bearing cap, anyone know which one?
I am thinking that it might be possible to test in-situ by only removing
one cam cap, any comments?
