Overheating solved

Thanks to Ben Higgins, I discovered that the directions supplied with my fan
were incorrect.  It is supposedly a pusher unit and although I connected the
black wire to ground, this thing was sucking air back out the grill!  Oh
well, I guess I may need that Sperry head sooner than later :-)
