Spider motor weight

I am about the pull the motor out of my 1986 Spider for the first time. I
need to do some clutch work and I am putting 10:1 pistons and liners in it.
I need to purchase an engine stand. How much does the 2.0L Bosch injected
spider engine weigh (with head, intake manifold, plenum, etc..)? What kind
of engine stands does everybody recommend for an aluminum block engine?
