As far as I know, Tecnomagnesio and Campagnolo are one and the same.
Tecnomagnesio is what the auto wheels division of Campagnolo becaome.
Tecnomagnesio has recently been bought by MiM, a well know Italian wheel
company.

from MiM's webpage:
"The most recent initiative of Mim Ruote, in order to support its ambitious
expansion strategies all over the world, has been the purchase of
Tecnomagnesio society. In the past its brand-name was the most progressive
symbol of the magnesium wheel technology as evolving directly from the
previous "CAMPAGNOLO" activity. This is a major new challenge taken by Mim
Ruote with the objective of developing under the Tecnomagnesio brand-name a
new line of aluminium wheels (in addition to the production of magnesium
wheels for competition and After-Market) introducing new technological
concepts luxury and performance vehicle. The initial product will be a
"2-piece" wheel designed to synthesise Strength and Lightness. The new line
Tecnomagnesio will be completed with a new type of high resistance
alluminium wheels for competition"
