RE:Pony Interior/ leather care

Steven wants to know:

>>I have the tan pony leather interior on my 164 L and am looking for
suggestions on how to condition it without darkening the leather.
Anyone have the same interior and know of any special cleaning products?

Or does anyone know what the factory recommended for it originally?

I have started to use several conditioners but they really darken the
leather.<<

I have yet to try Leatherique products, but the folks on the MB club
list rave about it. A week does not go by without a thread on this
product. Of course, I won't be using it on my Alfa's Recaros ;-0, but
the Maserati needs some help and it has those light tan seats. So, when
I get around to it, I'll probably get some Leatherique myself.

The latest post (yesterday) was in reply to someone wanting to know
where to find info, so I copy it here:

>>...of the information regarding Leatherique Products can be found
at the Home page of their Web Site below. By the way, I have
used their products and they are the BEST !!!

Take Care !
