cam overlap

Alfisti,
  In the "Alfa Owner's Bible" there is a chart for increasing the cam overlap
for Spica injected engines.  Does such a chart exist for a Weber converted
engine?  Or does anyone have any tips on possible overlap ranges for a 2L 40mm
Webered engine.
