Don't throw the old handle away.

The tumbler can be removed, and switched to a replacement handle.  The key
is a donneybrook.

These are getting harder to find -- of course, it is consistently the
driver's side which gets broken.  We probably need to start raiding <both>
sides from salvage yards -- and establish an exchange program with those
driving on the wrong side of the road.
