Cooking GTV6 & 1.8 Turbo.

Hi All,
       happy new year filled with twisty roads to you all. I am having
some major overheating problems with my GTV6 right now that i can't trace.
It always overheats, the slower you go (eg in a city) the quiker it boils
and i can't find why. I've checked the thermostat, had the radiator
recondioned, flushed the whole system with a quality flush, the fan
switch is new, and there is no play in the water pump. Before i tear down
the heads and pump, can anyone give me a suggestion??? 
   Now for the interesting part, My dad and i have the 1.8 TURBO
EVOLUZIONE motor out of the race car right now cause we blew the head and
are transfering all the gear to a spere 1.8 TURBO we happened to have. The
point is that i am willing to take close up and general pictures of the
engine plus all ancilaries while it is out of the car and clean. How soon
i can do this is unknown, but how many people would be interested in me
e-mailing the pics or making a web page for them??? If you would like to
see certin areas make a request and i'll most likely oblige.
