H1 bulbs

Anyone have a good source for H1 bulbs of better quality output than
stock? 
The ones in my euro lights are ok, but one has a slightly more blue
white appearance (good) and I would like to install something which puts
out the highest amount of light without straining the elec. system.

I saw a post in a newsgroup about yellow white color lights having
better penetration. Any lighting gurus out there?
