164 window ghost

	This is due to a failure of the drivers window ECU, which is a $100
part located inconveniently behind the glove box. Mine does it and I
ordered on today for another owner.

	For condolence, mine only does it in the pouring rain and seems to be
moisture related. It did it in Montana (rainy) and didn't do it in
Arizona.

	Time for the money wrench :o)
