V6 head gaskets redux

Hi all,

The digest, what a wonderful thing. I spend the weekend blowing a head
gasket and you folks spend the weekend solving my problems for me. Ok -
so the booster has to come out.

BTW - I was a little confused over the differences between the LHD and
RHD drive cars. I forgot that LHD cars still have the brake booster in
front of the driver.
