75 Twinspark crank

Does the twinspark Alfa Nord engine have the plugs in the crank?
I need to find out why I have very low oil pressure and this is the
prime suspect.
Can the sump be removed with the engine in the car?
If so, can I do the bearings (big end and mains) in the car?
Also if there are plugs in the crank, can I put new ones in with the
crank installed?
