1995 164LS Need Manual/Car Disk?

Is there a printed manual for a 1995 164 LS, or is the manual and parts
stuff on CD-ROM?  Sorry, I disregarded the car disk threads and now
I find myself with a 164 LS that needs a bit of work and no manual.
