SPICA plumbing

Here's a question for the SPICA experts. The hard fuel lines that run from
the pump to the injectors are clamped to the underside of the throttle body
assemblies. The mounting point for the front two lines also holds the
bracket that supports feed line for the thermostatic actuator. My question
is this: what is the clamp for the forward pair of fuel lines supposed to
look like? The rear pair of lines is secured by a pair of identical plates
with grooves in them for the fuel lines: one goes on top of the lines and
one goes below, so that tightening the bolt clamps the lines in the
grooves, holding them in place. On my GTV, however, the clamp for the
front two lines is different. It has the familiar grooved plate on top of
the lines, but underneath them is just the bracket for the TA line. Is
this the way it's supposed to be? Or should it have one of those grooved
plates on the bottom, too.
