The interesting question here is which side of the engine.
I presume it's the exhaust side, if not disregard this
advice. I had a similar situation occur on my 74 gtv the first
time I drove it in freezing temperatures many years ago, although
much more than a teaspoonfull came out.
Being an alfa newbie at the time I of course thought it
was the head gasket, but investigation proved otherwise. The
timing case gasket broke where the water pump pushes water
into the block coolant 'log' on the exhaust side, under the
headers. It was difficult to find, but one could see that the
gasket was broken in two and pushed out a bit.
The coolant runs down the side of the engine and down the batwing
toward the rear.

Of course, do a good check of the coolant overflow bottle area
first as you could have simply had more expansion than you expected
with the larger temperature swing.

If the drip is from the intake side, just a coolant hose check should
suffice.

Good luck,
Neil
