Looking for lock cylinders or door handles for Alfetta GTV 2000

I've been looking for lock cylinders for my euro-spec 1979 Alfetta GTV 
2000 for some time.  So far I'm sure I can get a lock cylinder for the 
tailgate and a complete RH door handle from A.F.R.A. in Italy.  But I
still need a lock cylinder for my left door.  If you happen to know a
source, I'll be very grateful to be informed. 

While I'm here, would somebody know the answers to the following
questions?
 1. Are door handles for GTV6 and Alfetta GTV 2000 interchangeable?
    I can get new door handles for GTV6 locally but I can't make
    comparison now: my Alfetta GTV 2000 in Taiwan and my GTV-6 here in
    Los Angeles:(
 2. How to modify a lock cylinder to fit a particular key?  I remember
    someone (probably Richard W.?) posted the procedure many years
    ago.
