Adding Rear Seat Belts to GTV

I have a '71 GTV and am interested in installing rear seat belts.  I
have located the outside attachment points for the belts on the rear
wheel well, and parcel shelf, but see no center attachment for the
buckle.  Does anyone have any experience as to installing rear belts,
and if so what did you use for the center attachment point?
