Maybe your torque wrench is grossly out but whatever - best way I've found
is to use an open-end wrench and do it by feel. You can tell when the
gasket and the fibre washers are taking the compression. Just tighten until
it feels nice and firm. Recheck after a few days and retighten if
necessary. Don't forget - the washers at the back are aluminium - the other
4 are fibre.
