Hi all,

Yes, 6 1/2" speakers are possible in the front doors of the Milano/75.  I
successfully installed a pair of Infinity Kappa's in the front of mine, and
yes, it does require you to drill mounting holes into the door sheet metal.

The sound is only slightly better, however, than the stock 4x6".  Why?  I'd
hasten to guess that the front seats are obstructing the soud produced by the
speakers.  My solution to that was to drive the front speakers with an amp,
and run higher volumes ...

I also have 6x9's in the rear deck.  Fits fine, although I did have to carve
up the oval into the deck.  No going back with that procedure I'm afraid. 
However, the results are well worth it.
