So has anybody ever moved into CA with a non-complying car?  Even if you had
a new, 'unmodified', car that wasn't sold in CA originally it still wouldn't
pass CA testing I should think.  Surely they don't make it such a PITA that
people from out of state have to sell there car before moving in. . .  do
they?  I wasn't planning to sell my Spider...and it will not pass visual
testing (don't know about the sniffer).
