RE: GTV sound deadening

Several years ago I removed every bit of sound deadening from a 73 GTV. We
hardened it using dry ice then smacked the underside of the floor using a
rubber mallet. It popped off the floor pretty nicely. This allowed me to
keep all the chucks and weigh it. My car had nearly 40 pounds of stuff under
the carpet.
Oh and what about the 2 extra headlights on the later cars
