Curious about right-hand driving

Ciao Alfisti

Just curious on when Italy switched from right-hand driving positions to
left-hand.  Many pictures of pre-war Alfas and even some post-war models
appear to be right-hand drive.  Did all Italian manufacturers change (or
had to change) at the same time?
