I had this happen on my Saturn. I did the same thing 2 shops balanced 
all 4 wheeles and a shake came in around 70 mgh. I even had them check 
the drive line (front wheel drive) and nothing.  So 3 months and 10k 
miles later my shake is a lot worse and comes in around 2000 rpm.  By 
now I know it is not the tires and I take it to the Dealer.  They fix 
the motor mount and my shake is gone.. so, it might be a motor mount...
