Matthew Killick sent me a message with a P.S.:
>>P.S. I would have posted something like this, but krusty won't let me
write to the Digest. I'd appreciate it if you could oblige me, but you be
the judge.<<
I de judge! Matt's insights follow. And I have done this occasionally for
others in the past, and will be glad to be a way-station for any others in the
future, should the occasion arise. Just send with a "retransmit to digest"
subject line.

I have had an off air discussion with Lee about some of this stuff. Thanks
for confirming my belief (but I didn't have the numbers) that the Giulietta
has the same wheelbase as the Alfetta. Mine came on 14" wheels btw.
I have to disagree (mildly) with part of your evolution system. You
illustrate:
>If targeted market governs the progression outline Tony made a few postings
>back, you have
>6C2500 -> 2600 -> Alfa 6 -> Alfa 90 -> 164
>Giulietta -> Giulia -> 105 Berlina -> Alfetta -> Alfa 75 -> 155 -> 156
and:
>but if corporate philosophy and engineering continuity govern, it is
>6C2500 -> 2600 -> Alfa 6 -> Alfa 90 - (finis)
>1900 -> Giulietta -> Giulia -> 105 Berlina -> Alfetta -> Alfa 75 - (finis)
