V6 Tensioner

    In regards to the new mechanical tensioner, why does Alfa
specifically state  that the engine should not be rotated backwards? I
have personal set and seen the new mechanical tensioner pop when the
engine is rotated backwards. I would think that Alfa would not tell the
technician / user not to rotate the engine backwards unless there was
some valid reason.
