Buying Tires

     Kard Doll described his experience of quoting the Tire rack advertised 
     price at a tire nstore and getting a discount.  I can vouch for 
     this...same thing happened to me at America's Tire Store.  Just 
     mentioned Tire Rack, they offered a price something like $4 per tire 
     higher than Tire Rack (pretty much equal after accounting for 
     shipping).  Tire Rack seems to be some kind of benchmark, they have 
     the catalog there and call it "the Rack."
