Koni adjustments.

Hi,
Would someone tell me how to adjust the stiffness of the rear Koni shocks?
The front seems obvious, however I'm not sure on the rear.  Under the top
cover is a couple of holes that look as though a special tool is necessary.  I
bought these used (red set of four), and want to make them only slightly
firmer than stock, using stock springs to start.  Is a half turn recommended
all around?
