It has been said before but I'll say it again. If there is one place on
your car NOT to be cheap its the brakes. Sort of along the lines of "If
you've got a 10 dollar head then buy that 10 dollar helmet" which is a
popular refrain at bike shops. (I like to think I have a $79.95 head -not
including tax of course).

My suggestion, break open the wallet and pop for the new booster (and be
thankful you don't have TWO boosters or an ABS MC to replace). If you
really want to consider rebuilding, try White Post Restorations. They do
nice work (put a new bore in the NLA MC on my Duetto).
