Misfire (nearly) cured

Thanks to Les Singh, Jay Negrin, Simon Favre and Keith Walker for advice re
my misfiring Junior. When I went to check the timing, the distributor clamp
bolt had worked loose, hence the timing was out. That was corrected - now
the misfire only happens at and around 3000 rpm and not above or below. I
have a feeling that new plug leads, distributor cap and points may cure the
problem. It was a great feeling when the 2L got over 3500 rpm without
stumbling. It made the toil all worthwhile.
Thanks again to those who offered advice.
Jez.
