Tyres for Giuliettas (750/101)

My '61 Sprint Veloce is fitted with 165/15's rather than 155/15's and I
need to replace one. While I do not expect to find CF67 Cinturatos to
replace the ones on the car I would like to find some Pirelli P3s. Now I
understand that the supply of these has even dried up in the USA. Does
anyone know what is available as I just do not fancy mixing a Michelin into
the set I have?
