The 4x4 33 is basically reliable, with just the standard early
Alfa 33 problems. =


Things to watch out are :-
Speedo's can pack up
Front strut pan bearings fail
Suspension bushes fail.
Cam belts need changing every 36000 miles
Rust on bottom of doors, under battery, under brake master cylinder,
around petrol filler, around rear wheel arches and on jacking points.

On the 4x4 there is no central diff, as the system is only meant to be
used in poor conditions. If it is used all the time, the gearbox and diff=

will wear out in a very short time.
