I think it's fair to say that Tiff didn't like the 166 - but then that
should come as no surprise. If you were to cut him in half you'd find BMW
written all the way through!

Funny about the clutch problem, the BMW 528 in the Autocar group test
against the 166 also lost its clutch. Probably says more about motoring
journalists tha the cars!
