    I always figured an extended second finger was the extenders way of
advising us as to: (fill in the Blank!)  _______________ His IQ?  His
sperm count? Number of nuts? Number of children he had fathered with his
Sister? (Mother? Grandmother? Dog)?
    You get my drift? The road is a dangerous enough place with out
excessive amounts of adolescent gesturing to distract everybody...I like
to drive, So do you! Lets save the testosterone for the locker room,
we'll have a more receptive audience!
