parts sources

Recent events have caused me to reconsider my parts sources. What I'm looking
for is a East coast US mail-order parts supplier that:
- - has a good attitude (ie. wants my business)
- - is knowledgeable about Alfa parts
- - is reliable and prompt (ie. won't forget my order, will call me back)
- - has a good supply of Alfa parts in stock
- - can get factory parts (authorized supplier preferred)
- - also provides aftermarket parts when appropriate (and has the intelligence
to know when it's appropriate)
- - has competitive prices
I'd also like an East coast source for used parts. A certain west coast
source informed me that they prefer to sell to professional mechanics...
I know I'm asking for a lot, but that's what I was used to previously.
If you have a recommendation, please email or post. If you have a negative comment,
please send directly to me. I also encourage people to use David Hillman's
Alfa Shops Database for parts suppliers too. There are catagories for
"mail-order" under geography and "parts" under specialty. The URL is:
http://www.enteract.com/~hillman/AS/
Thanks!
