Thanx muchly. This perhaps is what the guy may have been talking
about. I'm presuming that not too much magnification would be needed
for this. Perhaps something that can be done in the field?

The only thing I'm trying to understand from this is the term
"decelleration direction", and perhaps this is simply me being obtuse
now. If one is going in reverse, what exactly IS the decelleration
direction? Is it towards the front or rear of the car?
