Velocity stacks for Dellortos

Hi all,

I'm trying to determine if velocity stacks for a Weber 40DCOE are a straight
bolt-on for a Dellorto 40DHLA.  None of the places I've called thus far sell
stacks for both carbs, nor have any had a clue as to the interchangeability
of this part.  Does anyone out there know the answer?
