164 Windsheild/Wiper Arm Contact

In V7 #117, Bill Harkell writes: "Mine has always been almost touching since
I owned it.
How's it go? rthey all do that?"
I've had 3 164s- two 91s and a 92. All three have had a problem with the
driver's side wiper arm grinding against the underside of the hood. I
couldn't find a way to adjust the arm to clear the hood, so I simply ground
down the area of contact on the underside of the hood and repainted it with
primer.
