Good Alfa Mechanic in N England

After spending a lot of money and getting poor or average results with my
local (main) dealer, I am now looking for any recommendations for mechanics in
the NW England (Cheshire upwards) or South Scotland.

I have a problem with the rear windows, when operated by using the front
console.  The windows will go down but it can take five or ten minutes to get
them back up.  I first thought that maybe be it was the switch, but how could
it work in one direction only?
